If your item arrived damaged, please save your packaging and send us an email right away. We will send a replacement as soon as possible! Please don’t send the item back to us without an authorization.
If you find your item has been misspelled, please make sure we had the right information. If we goofed, we are happy to make it right.
Flaws? Defects? We need to hear from you within 10 days. Take a photo and send to email@example.com. Let’s take a look at the issue together. We are happy to fix the problem.
- Gifts are not returnable.
- We don’t offer exchanges.
- If you paid with a credit card, your original credit card will be reimbursed. If the credit card is no longer valid, you will be issued a check.
- Online purchases made through PayPal can only be refunded through PayPal.
- Purchases made by debit card will be refunded by check.
